Andrew Campbell, Ed.S., NCSP, is a nationally certified and Pennsylvania certified school psychologist with more than 15 years of K-12 experience. He has completed extensive psychoeducational evaluations, Functional Behavioral Assessments, Positive Behavior Support Plans, and multidisciplinary consultation for students with learning, attention, behavioral, emotional, developmental, and school performance concerns.
Andrew's work is grounded in a school-based understanding of how students function in real educational settings. His evaluations are designed to clarify referral questions, identify meaningful patterns, and translate assessment findings into recommendations that families, schools, and teams can understand and use.
Through Lehigh Behavior & Learning, Andrew provides independent evaluation and consultation services for families, schools, attorneys, and advocates throughout the Lehigh Valley. The practice focuses on clear communication, careful assessment, and practical recommendations connected to school-based planning.
Andrew earned his Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Lehigh University and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University. He holds the Nationally Certified School Psychologist credential and certification as a Pennsylvania school psychologist.
